1 Acceptance of Winlah Terms & Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using the Winlah platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Winlah as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Winlah platform immediately.

Winlah reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of the Winlah platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. The last updated date of this document will always be displayed at the top of this page for your reference.

2 Winlah Member Eligibility

To register and use the Winlah platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are legally permitted under your local laws.
• Has never had an account terminated or been banned from the Winlah platform previously.
• Not acting as an agent or representative on behalf of a third party when placing bets.
• Be fully responsible for all activities carried out through your winlah account.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Winlah reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible may be suspended or terminated, and any associated winnings may be voided. Winlah's decision on such matters is final.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one Winlah account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — are strictly prohibited. winlah uses advanced detection systems to identify multiple account registration attempts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your winlah account password and login credentials confidential. winlah will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login information. Please contact the winlah support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals at Winlah are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 and deposits are typically credited within two minutes of a successful transaction.

Winnings withdrawals to a Malaysian e-wallet or bank account are processed within five minutes of the withdrawal request being approved. winlah reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit or where unusual account activity is detected.

• Funds deposited into your Winlah account may only be used for betting and entertainment purposes within the platform.
• Winlah does not accept deposits from unknown sources or unauthorised third parties.
• Any attempt to use the Winlah platform for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by Winlah.
• Winlah is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Winlah offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a first deposit bonus, weekly cashback, odds boosts for selected matches, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer.

Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) are conditions that must be met before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover means you must wager the bonus amount five times on eligible bets before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover requirements will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet all specified eligibility requirements.
• Each member is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• Winlah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account termination.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 or opposing bets (arbitrage) will not count toward rollover calculations unless otherwise stated.

6 Winlah General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Winlah are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bet details are correct — including market type, amount, and selection — before confirming your bet. Winlah will not reverse confirmed bets except under the circumstances specified in these terms.

Winlah reserves the right to void or reverse any bet under the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system bug has caused clearly incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Strong evidence that bets were placed using insider information or fraudulent means.
• The match or event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered.
• Unusual betting activity indicating an attempt to manipulate the market.

All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum betting limits set for each market. These limits may change from time to time and for specific matches. winlah also reserves the right to reduce the maximum betting limit for certain accounts based on internal risk assessment.

7 Sports Betting — Football, Badminton & More

Winlah offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and other major world leagues), badminton (BWF World Championships, All England, Thomas & Uber Cup), tennis, rugby, and other sports listed on the platform.

For Sports Betting, the following rules generally apply:

• Pre-match bets close when the match begins, unless stated otherwise.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to specific time limits and dynamically updated odds.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned — except for markets where the outcome has already been determined.
• For football matches, extra time does not count for standard match bets (90 minutes) unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate your winnings.

8 winlah E-Sports & Virtual Sports

Winlah offers comprehensive esports betting coverage including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MSC, MPL Malaysia), Counter-Strike 2 (ESL Pro League, IEM), Valorant (VCT APAC, Valorant Champions), DOTA 2 (The International), and League of Legends (Worlds Championship). Game-specific rules apply according to the respective market types.

For Virtual Sports at Winlah — covering virtual football, horse racing, greyhound, cycling, tennis, and motorsport — the following rules apply:

• Virtual Sports outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified.
• Virtual Sports bets cannot be cancelled once a race or match has started.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Virtual Sports race, results will be determined based on records available at the time of the disruption. If a result cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Roulette & Live Casino

Winlah offers Roulette and Live Casino games to its members. All casino games on Winlah are operated using fair and transparent systems. Games that use RNG have been independently audited to verify fairness and true randomness of results.

General rules for casino games at Winlah:

• Bets placed in casino games cannot be cancelled once the round has begun.
• Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a significant technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a casino game session, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded system data. If the data is incomplete, the affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Winlah reserves the right to limit or decline any casino bet without providing a reason.

10 User Conduct & Responsibilities

As a Winlah member, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not use the Winlah platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the Winlah platform.
• Attempting to exploit any bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Winlah system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit the odds system.
• Using a winlah account to receive or send funds on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false or misleading information to winlah at any time.
• Harassing, threatening, or being abusive toward Winlah customer support staff.

11 Restrictions, Suspension & Account Termination

Winlah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or inappropriate conduct.

If your account is suspended or terminated:

• You will be notified via email or through the platform regarding any action taken, unless there are security reasons that prevent such notification.
• Any valid funds in your account — after deducting any bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements or any disputed winnings — will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.
• Winlah reserves the right to withhold balance payouts while an investigation is ongoing if there is a suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.

13 winlah Limitation of Liability

Winlah provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of all information displayed, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. winlah will make every effort to ensure the platform operates in a stable and reliable manner, though occasional technical disruptions cannot be entirely avoided.

Winlah is not liable for any indirect losses, financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, losses due to Internet disruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. Betting is an activity that carries financial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

14 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Winlah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless a different effective date is specified. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
